    Needs a new forever home with lots of room and a loving family. She is 2 years old, current on shots, spayed and dewormed, and is close to 100 pounds. She is a total sweetheart, very friendly and good with other dogs and cats. She enjoys attention, but also likes her alone time to do as she pleases. Does not like thunder/lightning and is timid at first about new things. She is not aggressive, but she will let you know when someone/thing arrives.

Independent and protective, the Great Pyrenees is devoted to its family and somewhat stubborn. Great Pyrenees need to be socialized with children as puppies. This breed is an imposing guardian but is gentle unless threatened or provoked. Great Pyrenees need large yards and are best suited to cold climates. Great Pyrenees are affectionate toward non-canine pets, especially cats!
