    Jemma's daddy is a Pinto Marema and her Mommy is a Great Pyr. They are both working flock guardians. Jemma through no fault of her own was placed without training with chickens and she had a few of the for lunch. No more guarding for Jemma Joy. SO, she is pure LOVE and JOY. But , she is also still in the chewing stage and not a shoe is safe with Jemma around. She loves everyone; especially children but she is so large that a swipe fro m her tail could knock a small child over. She is very much still a puppy and should go to puppy training to learn how to become a good k-9 citizen. She is going to be a wonderful, smart, and obedient ... (Read More)dog when she matures. Health: Needs to be Spayed, Vaccinations Current, Abused/Neglected,
 Aggressive 

    She is 3 years old, possibly pregnant with purebred puppies. Would be due mid Aug. She has bounced from home to home for various reasons. She is great with kids and other pets. She is most comfortable with men, but could be ok with right female. She has bitten twice on the hand on two different adult females, unprovoked, no known triggers. She is a great dog but needs some work. She is not food aggressive. She is not a roamer or escape artist, fairly low energy level. She is comfortable inside or out.     Great Pyrenees Dogs can make good pets in Washington if they match your IifestyIe. The Great Pyrenees is a huge, fluffy herding dog. Independent and protective, the Great Pyrenees is devoted to its family and somewhat stubborn. Great Pyrenees need to be socialized with children as puppies. This breed is an imposing guardian but is gentle unless threatened or provoked. Great Pyrenees need large yards and are best suited to cold climates. Great Pyrenees are affectionate toward non-canine pets, especially cats!
