Great Pyrenees Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Howdy! I'm Rollo! I'm just about a year old, and I LOVE to run and play! My family has to move into a home with a smaller yard, and they don't think that's fair to me. They think it would be better if I find a new home. I'm super sad about that, and I've even sadder that if I don't find a new home by the end of February, I'll have to go back to the shelter :(. I'm a big boy of about 70 lbs, but my family often says that 'I don't know how big I really am' (whatever that means)! I'm awesomely good with other dogs, and those little people called kids too! I'm also housebroken, and I've learned some super-cool things like sit, stay and come! I ... (Read More)love going for walks, running around and playing outside, and playing with toys. I also love meeting new people, and I'm super friendly with just about everybody! I'm already neutered and microchipped (you can change it to your name), and I've been to the vet and have all my shots. For a small re-homing fee of $50, which is a donation to the rescue I was adopted from, you'll get a young, healthy, super friendly, sweet, loving, and playful dog! So do you think maybe I could be the right pup for you? If you think I might be, please email the really nice people who are helping my family re-home me! Thanks a bunch, I can't wait to meet you! Great Pyrenees Mix    Age: Young Adult

Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Let me start off by saying that my family has a lot of great things to say about me, but I'll just hit the highlights %81S I'm a really great boy and whoever adopts me will thank their lucky stars to have such an awesome boy in their family. I have one request, I really would like another dog to play with (see below). I could go on and on, but you get the general idea - I'm quite the 'catch.' Oh yeah, and I'm housebroken. I know I look like a really large Brittany. Well I'm a Brittany Blend. We're thinking I'm blended with Great Pry (a calm breed) - such a wonderful combination. Since you really can't say that boys are 'adorable,' let's ... (Read More)leave it at: I am handsome! They say I'm the sweetest boy! I love to play ball, go for walks, and really love to play with other dogs at the dog park. That's why I want to have another dog in my home to play with and keep me company! And, people, of course - cuz I crave being petted, hugged and loved on. If you have kitties, no worries, I love them too. Chester has been neutered, is up to date on all his shots, heartworm negative and on preventative and is microchipped. He is ready for his forever home now. (Less)

Patches is a half GreatPyr/half Saint Bernard that is approximately 1-2 years old. He came to us from a high kill shelter in Texas. He is a great, fun loving, young boy that is very smart and very well mannered. He loves playing with smaller dogs and loves to play tug of war. He is very gentle with the smaller dogs. He has now been neutered and is current on all shots and is heartworm negative. He weighs approximately 85 pounds and is full grown. He also is a very good indicator for protection. That is the great Pyr in him. He will bark when someone approaches that he does not know, not to be mean but to let you know someone new is ... (Read More)around.     This stunning Great Pyr. mix needs a home as wonderful as she is! Coriander is good with children, cats, and other dogs. She walks well on a leash, and is uncharacteristically obedient for a Pyrenees. When people approach her on a leash she flops on her back for a belly rub! If loose dogs run up she is calm and pleasant with them! Coriander learns very quickly and has taken to training. She has an amazing bark-snort combo that sounds like the start of a lion's roar - she's sure to keep any homestead intruder free! Like a Pyrenees, Coriander barks. At pretty much anything. Even imaginary things. She can be pretty anxious when entering ... (Read More)new surroundings (she will pant and look for a quiet place to lie down). Coriander does like to counter surf! This is most likely due to the starved state in which she was found. This beautiful girl is crate trained (loves to go to her crate for treats), house trained, spayed and utd on all shots. She has been through a basic training program. (Less)

Great Pyrenees Mix    Age: Puppy

Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

My family took Jaxx in when his mother was found injured and pregnant. She had a liter of 7 puppies. Jaxx' mother is a German Shepard mix and medium in size. Jaxx has grown up around my 3 children (17,14,12) since birth and my cousin who is 8. Jaxx's birthday is 12/19/13. He's grown too large for our less than acre home and is currently an indoor dog. Jaxx is very loving to those he knows but can be very protective if around strangers although his interaction is limited. He is walked once to twice a day. Because he is large I think other dogs are intimated by him. We have a female corgi and male chihuahua at home and he does well with the ... (Read More)corgi but because he is playful feel he might hurt my chihuahua who is older. He does well at the dog park. Jaxx will do better in an environment where he can run and have lots of room to play. We are Avery active family and are not home as much as we should be. He's had 6 weeks training from Petsmart. Jaxx has many characteristics of the great pyranese. He is terrified of water so bath time is almost a no go. He does well at the groomers ironically. Again, he's very loving but he would be much more happy in a larger setting. We have a cat and he does well with her but they did not start off that way. She put him in his place very quickly. He responds well with a gentle leash. We crate him during the day which is another reason he needs room to run and I know he will be happier. Please don't hesitate to call me and ask any additional questions. (Less)
