Conner is a sweet boy with humans and female dogs. He does not get along with male dogs. Which is why we must re-home him. He loves our female Pyrenees, but keeps getting into fights with our male. Our grown male loves all dogs and has never shown this type of behavior before Conner.

Hi there! I'm Dudley and I am Golden Retriever Great Pyrenees mix. I am 10 months old (as of 6-14-17). I do great with other dogs and am fine with cats. I really like to play with cats, but don't try to hurt them. I can't wait to find my forever family. Could it be you? If you think you are the one for me, please contact RARE today. My adoption fee is $325.00. I am spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. *PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION AT RURALANIMALRESCUEEFFORT.ORG **An application and home visit are required prior to adoption. All of our pets are or will be spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccines and micro-chipped prior to adoption. Please complete the application on our website and we will call you to answer any questions you may have. Our ability to perform out of state adoptions is limited and reviewed on a case by case basis. If you are not in TN, please ask us about the potential of adopting the specific animal you are interested in. Our adoption fees not only help the animal being adopted, but they also help to cover heart-worm treatments and other treatable ailments that many animals, that would otherwise be euthanized, need to be made available for adoption. Thank you for choosing to adopt, foster, or aid in the rescue efforts of RARE! Please visit www.RuralAnimalRescueEffort.org for foster and adoption applications or for additional information. ***Please Note*** The breeds noted are guesses on the part of the volunteers of RARE based on the physical characteristics of the particular animal. We are not breed experts and cannot afford to perform DNA tests; therefore, the noted breeds may not be exact. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 17-04-08-00258Jake (male)|
Jake was left at his place, when his owners were took to jail. After much vetting we decided to take him into our rescue. He has been an amazing addition. Even though he is Heartworm positive, he seems to really enjoy life. He is very playful, but laid back kind of dude too. He seems ok with other dogs, and not too bad with cats. I would say just curious. He is 2 years old, UTD on his shots, microchipped, HW+ (will go with meds if still on them when he is adopted.) He loves his stuff toys and does not tear them up. He does hate cars and trucks. Not to ride in them. Just loves barking and chasing them.
