    This is Zeus. He is 9 years old and loves people. He likes to hang out and is in good physical health except his dew claws were allow to over grow and got infected. He is on antibiotics to clear that up. Senior Pyrs are quiet gentle giants.     Sweetie Pie 6 years old. She wants to be loved and loves to cuddle. She is protective of those she likes. She just met Gail in the picture that day and was being a perfect Pyr for her. She was used for breeding on a farm. She is not good with most dogs and the ideal home would be an only dog. NO INVISIBLE FENCING. This breed needs a fenced area (not necessarily your whole yard) and may NOT be off leash as they wander. PIease Read Before Adopting a Great Pyrenees in Massachusetts
    Great Pyrenees Dogs can make good pets in Massachusetts if they match your IifestyIe. The Great Pyrenees is a huge, fluffy herding dog. Independent and protective, the Great Pyrenees is devoted to its family and somewhat stubborn. Great Pyrenees need to be socialized with children as puppies. This breed is an imposing guardian but is gentle unless threatened or provoked. Great Pyrenees need large yards and are best suited to cold climates. Great Pyrenees are affectionate toward non-canine pets, especially cats!
