Rescue Me ID: 18-04-20-00174Yeti (male)

Great Pyrenees Mix    Age: Young Adult

Health: Neutered

Yeti is a 140 pound rescue dog, who spent the first two years of his life on a chain. He has been with me since his owner died and he has come a long way.He would love to have his own person: someone with lots of large breed experience, who is a confident leader.Yeti does not need to be around children or any kind of life stock. He is good with small dogs and cats and learns to get along with large dogs, after a period of adjustment. He loves going for walks and loves riding in the truck. Is there a big, fenced in yard, belonging to someone with an equally big heart out there somewhere, waiting to give this Yeti a lifetime , loving home?

Rescue Me ID: 18-04-19-00062Zoe (female)

Great Pyrenees Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Zoe is a fun, curious young pup. She can be very playful, but also knows how and when to relax and will happily take naps on the couch with you too. She has good leash manners and isn't much of a puller (contrary to what you might think with her size and possible husky lineage). She is both dog friendly and stranger friendly (hasn't met a dog or stranger yet that she didn't get along with easily). She is still quite young and has a lot to learn like house training and not being mouthy (both of which we are working on and is going very well), but she doesn't seem to still have much of that puppy destructiveness anymore and knows what are toys ... (Read More)she can chew on and what aren't. Zoe is crate trained and doing very well with house training now that she's in a stable foster home! She loves the other three dogs in the house and has done well at the dog park. Little dogs and cats may be a bit iffy for Zoe, as she seems to have some prey drive, though she could definitely improve with positive reinforcement training. Zoe is spayed, fully vaxed, and dewormed. She's also heartworm and lyme negative, so she's ready for forever! $250 to an approved adopter. Zoe is fostered in Lexington, KY. Adopters MUST travel to meet her and bring her home. Apply here: (Less)
