|Rescue Me ID: 17-12-05-00357Balto (male)|
I have had Balto since he was 6 weeks old. He is a parvovirus survivor , and is a great dog. However, upon moving houses and two dog park attacks this recent summer, his temperment has given us a few anxiety issues. He has moderate to severe aggression anxiety, and only with certain triggers. He will not lash out at random, but his triggers are as follows: food, water, and treat aggression, does not do well with large dogs or dogs with high energy, and does not like crates. At the moment he is on trazodone and Prozac. he is generally a goofy dog who just needs better environment suited for him.He needs a firm owner, a big yard,NO other dogs, and preferably no young children. I am a nurse so it is hard for me to give him the right schedule and environment that he needs. Please feel free to contact me so I can answer any questions (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 17-07-25-00059Scooter (male)|
Scooter is a big boy, probably weighing in at about 70 pounds. This is not the best picture, as he is fluffier than this, but it had rained and he was a bit wet here and decided not to go in his kennel but stay in the rain some. He is in our dog play area here and likes being up on this high spot with the little dogs when they are out running and playing too. He came from a home with cats but not sure how they would fare if he were in a yard that was his and one came from outside his area. He enjoys affection and being with people. He is microchipped and was initially adopted from a PetSmart as a puppy. The owners home went into foreclosure and that is when we accepted him. His previous owner said that he enjoys being an inside/outdoor dog. They would bring him in the colder days during the winter. He seems to be a smart dog so while we cannot confirm that he is housebroken, I would assume as much because he doesn't even like to use the bathroom in his kennel. (Less)
