    Meet Dots 10 months old Great Pyrenees / Shepard mix Dots is a big girl, around 60 lbs. She is a big loving puppy that will literally played ball and stick with you all day long, but will also cuddle with you on the couch. She is great with kids. Dots likes to be part of everything you're doing and loves attention. She is very quiet, never really barks. She is crate trained and sleeps through the night. She loves curling up with her brown blankie. Hide your peanut butter!!! She spots it in the grocery bag! Dots loves playing laser pointer and ball. She knows sit and shake very well. Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping.     Boots is a 6 yo spayed female. Her sire was a Great Pyrenees and her dam was a bloodhound. She was surrendered to the dog pound because they could not stop her from wandering and were afraid she would get killed on the road. She is VERY sweet!

    Great Pyrenees Dogs can make good pets in Illinois if they match your IifestyIe. The Great Pyrenees is a huge, fluffy herding dog. Independent and protective, the Great Pyrenees is devoted to its family and somewhat stubborn. Great Pyrenees need to be socialized with children as puppies. This breed is an imposing guardian but is gentle unless threatened or provoked. Great Pyrenees need large yards and are best suited to cold climates. Great Pyrenees are affectionate toward non-canine pets, especially cats!
